4. Certified Service

If paid for, our certified service allows parties to send their notes to us via USPS, to which we will verify that the notes are genuine and allow for the transfer of the final notes to the end user via certified mail. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or incorrectly addressed mailings.

5. Fees

Subscription fees and special handling fees are non-refundable.

6. Account Cancellation

Accounts may be cancelled on the website or by emailing support@duplicatedollars.com.
